Overview

Why choose commercial resin

From a boutique salon to a warehouse floor, we specify the right resin system for the traffic, chemicals and look your space needs.

Commercial floors are judged on more than looks. They need to be easy to clean, comfortable to work on, safe underfoot and installed without shutting your business for longer than necessary. We plan the job around your trading hours and stage the work in sections where it makes sense.

What we’ll ask about

  • How the floor is used: foot traffic, trolleys, forklifts or vehicles.
  • Exposure to water, food acids, oils or cleaning chemicals.
  • Slip-resistance needs for wet or public areas.
  • Your fit-out colours, so the finish suits the brand.

With that, we recommend a system and set out the scope, staging and timeline in a written quote.

How it's installed

Five steps to a flawless floor.

The same careful sequence on every job. Exact products, coats and cure times are set out in your quote.

  1. 01

    Prep & grind

We diamond-grind the slab to open the surface, remove old sealers or adhesive, and test for moisture before anything is applied.

  2. 02

    Repair

Cracks, chips and joints are filled and ground flush so imperfections do not telegraph through the finish.

  3. 03

    Prime & base coat

A primer soaks into the ground concrete for adhesion, followed by a base coat that sets the colour and build.

  4. 04

    Body coat

The specified system goes down: solid colour, flake or metallic, staged in sections or after hours to suit trading.

  5. 05

    Top coat & handover

A wear-rated top coat, with slip resistance where required, then the area is handed back once it has cured.
