The VVS difference

From tired slab to flawless.

A great floor is decided before the first coat. Drag the handle to see what proper preparation and a hand-poured system do to bare concrete.

  • Old sealers, paint and contaminants ground away, not painted over
  • Cracks and pits repaired before any coating goes down
  • A seamless, glossy surface that wipes clean

How it works

Four steps to a flawless floor.

No pressure and no surprises. You'll know the price, the plan and the finish before we start.

  1. Step 01

    Tell us about the space

Send a few photos, the rough size and how you use the space. Use the form or just give us a call.

  2. Step 02

We inspect the slab and quote

We visit, check the concrete and test for moisture, then give you a free, fixed quote in writing.

  3. Step 03

    Choose your finish

We bring real samples so you can see colours and textures in your own light before you decide.

  4. Step 04

    We prep, pour and seal

Diamond grinding and repairs, then your chosen coating system, locked in with a clear protective top coat.

Why VVS

Named for a diamond. Held to one.

VVS / very, very slightly included /
The clarity grade for diamonds whose flaws are so small they are hard to find even under magnification. It is the standard we hold every floor to.
  1. Clarity

    Honest, written quotes.

A free, fixed quote in writing before any work starts: what we will do, what system we recommend and why. No vague estimates, no surprises at the end.

  2. Preparation

    The work you never see.

Diamond grinding, crack repair and moisture testing decide how long a floor lasts. It is most of the job, it happens before a drop of resin is poured, and we never rush it.

  3. Finish

    Flawless, under any light.

A clear, durable top coat with no dust, runs or haze. Imperfections so slight you would have to go looking for them: that is the standard we work to.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Can't see yours? Ask us directly. We reply to quote requests within 24 hours.

How much does an epoxy floor cost?

It depends on the size, the condition of your slab and the system you choose. Flake garage floors are typically the most affordable; metallic floors cost more because each one is hand-poured. Send us a photo and rough size and we will give you a free, fixed written quote.

Can you coat my existing concrete?

Usually, yes. We diamond-grind the slab, repair cracks and test for moisture before coating. If an old sealer, paint or tile adhesive is present we remove it first so the new floor bonds properly.

How long will my space be out of use?

Most residential floors take 2 to 5 days to install. You can walk on it after about 24 hours and park on it after 5 to 7 days, depending on the system and temperature.

How long does an epoxy floor last?

A properly prepared and installed epoxy floor will last many years in a home. Every floor comes with a written workmanship warranty.

Do I need to know the size or colours first?

No. Tell us where the floor is and what the space is used for. We will measure on site and bring real samples so you can choose in your own light.

Do you work in my area?

We cover the areas listed at the bottom of this page. If you are just outside them, ask anyway — larger projects can often be scheduled.
