We're a resin flooring team that treats every floor like a finished piece: designed with you, prepared properly, and poured to a standard we'd put our name to.
Our story
Floors as craft, not a coating.
Too many epoxy floors look great on day one, then start lifting, peeling or wearing through not long after.
The cause is usually hidden: a rushed grind, an untested slab, a coat applied too thin. VVS Floors is built the other way round, around the steps nobody sees, with design as the reward for getting them right.
We install metallic, flake and commercial resin floors and grind-and-seal concrete across Sydney and surrounds, for homeowners, builders and businesses who care how a floor looks and how long it lasts.
What's in a name
Very, very slightly included.
VVS is a diamond clarity grade. It describes stones whose inclusions are so small they are difficult to see even for a trained grader under ten-times magnification.
We borrowed the name because it sets the bar. A resin floor is judged the same way: up close, in raking light, looking for the flaw. Our standard is that you won't find one.

Clarity in quoting
One fixed, written price that spells out the system, the preparation and the finish. If the slab needs extra work, you hear about it before we start, not on the invoice.

Preparation first
Most resin floor failures start under the coating. We diamond-grind, repair and moisture-test every slab, because the finish is only as good as what it is bonded to.

A finish worth inspecting
We judge our work up close, in raking light, the way a jeweller checks a stone. Every floor is backed by a written 10-year workmanship warranty.
